WHAT IS GOING TO BE YOUR MISSION THERE?

As an Integrations Analyst, you’ll be working with the integrations teams taking the ownership of the client delivery. You will be the first point of communication at a technical level and you will design the best integration solution.

Day to day @ Loyal Guru:

• Understand our customers’ infrastructure in terms of ERP, POS, etc.
• Makes sure the integration tasks are defined and executed efficiently accordingly to the definition and roadmap.
• You’ll be working and giving support to the Dev and the customer success teams.
• Identify new product features that will improve the onboard process.
• You’ll help with the documentation of the process you follow

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Tech studies, or in any other related field.
• 2-3 years experience in SaaS integrations.
• Advance level of SQL.
• You have an analytic and resolutive mindset
• Previous experience in IT projects.
• You have the technical knowledge and you understand how systems behave.

Nice to have:

• Familiar with Python or Golang.
• Previous experience working with REST APIs.
